Label Types in Our Product Range

We carry NFC labels in a variety of designs and substrates:
  • NFC wet inlays and self-adhesive smart labels on PET or paper substrates - the most cost-effective solution for smart packaging, tap-to-open campaigns, and smartphone authentication.
  • NFC labels for industrial use with IP67 protection and chemical-resistant backing material for machine identification, equipment documentation, and maintenance records.
  • HF library and media center labels (ISO 15693) with anti-collision capabilities for self-checkout and inventory workflows.
  • Trusted tags and secure authentication labels featuring chips such as the NTAG 424 DNA (SUN authentication) for proof of authenticity, anti-counterfeiting, and secure cloud connectivity.
  • E-paper smart labels with battery-free displays and 13.56 MHz energy transfer for reusable containers, Kanban, and closed-loop logistics.
  • Dual-frequency tags (HF + UHF) with chips such as the EM4425 for applications that combine NFC tapping on a smartphone with UHF batch scanning in a warehouse.

Choose the right NFC label

When choosing your HF/NFC label, four criteria are particularly important:
  1. 1 chip / IC - e.g., NXP NTAG213 / 215 / 216 for open NFC applications (144 / 504 / 888 bytes of user memory), NXP NTAG 424 DNA for secure authentication with AES encryption, NXP MIFARE Ultralight C / EV1 for ticketing, or NXP ICODE SLIX2 compliant with ISO 15693 for library and industrial applications.
  2. 2 Standards and Applications - ISO 14443A for traditional NFC tap applications, ISO 15693 for bulk reading at close range (library, sterile goods, media trays).
  3. 3 Substrate – Standard inlays for cardboard, plastic, and paper; special on-metal variants with ferrite spacers for metallic surfaces such as machinery, aluminum front panels, or enclosures.
  4. 4 Encoding and Printing – Delivered factory-encoded with NDEF (URL, vCard, Wi-Fi profile, custom data set), including UID whitelist, logo/variable printing, or with a custom QR/Data Matrix code as a visual backup.

Brands in our store

We carry NFC and HF smart labels from HID Global, CCL Faubel, and Craft Technologies (CT), as well as other manufacturers specializing in inlay assembly. The chips used are primarily supplied by NXP Semiconductors and STMicroelectronics.
Services: NDEF encoding, personalization, and custom inlays
Upon request, we can supply your labels factory-encoded with NDEF, including a URL, vCard, Wi-Fi profile, or custom data set; pre-printed with a logo, serial number, or variable data; and in custom roll formats for your RFID printers. For special applications such as Digital Product Passport (DPP), brand protection, warranty verification, or NFC marketing campaigns, we develop custom inlay designs upon request.
For large orders or rollout projects, you can request customized B2B terms via the contact form or by contacting us at info@idcraft.com.
